NOTES
1 An ANNUAL FEE if the school applies for a VISA on behalf of the student. A Student Visa will be issued for the same period of time as the Tuition Fees have been paid for.
2 Paid in full, even when a student is enrolled for only part of an academic year.
3 Payable where a student is at Level 1 - 3 NCEA. This covers assessment costs (Internal and External Examinations). This fee is set by NZQA.
4 A condition of enrollment and issuance of a VISA, is proof of a comprehensive Insurance cover. This must be paid for the same period as the VISA is issued for. For the first year, there maybe an additional cost. Insurance can be arranged through the school, if required.
5 Paid upon enrollment. If a student moves home stays this fee is payable each time.
6 Designated Caregiver means a close relative designated in writing by a parent or legal guardian of an international student. An annual fee.
7 These costs are as at September 2024. These will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of enrollment.

Medical and Travel Insurance
Liston College is able to arrange Medical and Travel insurance for all international students with Allianz. This is a student policy approved by the NZ Government for the protection of international students while studying and living in New Zealand.
If using an alternative insurance policy, a copy of the policy and fee receipt must be sighted and checked by Liston College in advance to enable the student to enroll at the school. The policy must be fully comprehensive and include cover for travel, medical and fee protection.
